CSE has developed numerous technical articles for the industry beginning in the late 1980’s. Subject matter has generally dealt with the HFC ‘basics’ relating to headend and plant design & operation, RF basics, and many other subjects. Many are still viable and available for download. Some specific subject areas include HFC plant design and powering, surge protection, longitudinal sheath currents, proper grounding/bonding, plant protection, and FCC testing requirements to name just a few. Many of the articles written are not listed below due to space restrictions, so if you are looking for information on a specific subject and don't see it, please contact me at the email address shown at the bottom of all web pages as I may be able to help.
