CSEI is a RF spectrum analysis & telecommunications engineering and testing firm. We specialize in RF spectrum analysis including calibrated  field strength measurements for radio, television and wireless communications systems; RF interference characterization and source location; Cable Television FCC Proof of Performance testing and ‘Technical Due Diligence’ for system sale or acquisition; off-air ATSC (8-VSB) reception analysis including tower & receive site analysis (computerized reception projections along with on-site measurements); and broadband telecom engineering services including optical & RF/AC HFC designs, and map creation & printing.

CSEI maintains full RF spectrum analysis measurement capability including ‘spectrogram’  analysis from 9 KHz to 8 GHz, and scalar testing analysis from 5 MHz to 3 GHz.

CSEI is located in the scenic Loess Hills area of southwestern Iowa, just northeast of the greater Omaha, NE area.
